"I wonder if I can install the generator and the water reservoir in the trunk, as I do have the battery there, right where the spare wheel is placed. I guess I could, and I should bring the HHO hose feeder to the hood and to the engine's intake, but I would like to check with you. I guess that this solution will have a time-gap providing HHO gas to the engine, because of the long pipe...
You can install the generator in the back of the trunk. But there is allways space to install it in front. Just have to look well where to install it
I plan to install your device on a MY2000 Volvo S80 T6, which is a twin turbo engine with a displacement of 2.8L, so I guess that the most suitable of your models is the DC3000, because of the displacement boost provided by turboes.
What do you think? The DC2000 is enough for your car and the installation will be easier.
I am thinking about this solution as I have no so much room in the hood. Will your device require temperature control/management? I realized that your pictures were taken from an installation where the generator and the water reservoir are in front of the engine's radiator, so I guess that your device is hot and maybe my idea is not as good as I initially thought...
It is allways better to install it in a cooler spot but the system is heat resistant
I am acting as a test seller from a Spanish forum called Volvo4Life.es.
I want to install your HOH generator on my car, but I guess I have to skip the idea of doing it in the trunk. It is better to skip it
I found a place inside the hood that might fit your device dimensions and reservoirs.
I will need price for my installation, that is:
DC3000 Kit
PWM module control.
Plus, It will be more than necessary know in advance the price for DC2000 and DC4000 kits. Please go to our new website:

On the other hand, I would like to know what electrolyte I have to pour into the water and what ammout of it. I read about NaOH, but I guess NaCl would also work but I don't know the side effects. Only use KOH or if you do not find it NaOH. These are the best electrolytes
