Help with purchace v70r awd

I ‘am Andrej and I come from Slovenia. I don`t really speak Spanish language and I couldn`t wrote any comments in V70R AWD thread (http://www.volvo4life.es/foros/showthread.php?t=60560&page=8), so I decide to post new Thread in English here on your forum .
I hope you will all understand me.
I am interested about purchase V70R AWD .
I would like to know if car is technically stable.

I already send private message to ArturoV70R here on this forum and also on the website Autoscout24 where he has an advertisement. I also send him a message by mobile phone, but he didn`t reply me anywhere. So I thought he doesn`t understand english. I really wish to buy V70R AWD.

I have one more question. How is with exporting cars out of your state to another state of EU. Do you have any special procedures?

Regarding exporting any vehicle from spain to any other european country, you will only need to fulfill the legal documents of buying and selling currently compulsory in Spain, then the rest of the task is in Slovenia to ask the administration for the steps to follow in order to import the product, since all countries might have distinct laws and obligations for importing cars...

Please feel free to ask for anything you might need, you are here at home, and between a good banch of Volvo enthusiasts!!!

So if I buy a car in your country there are just documents to fulfill. In Germany they have alternative plates which they give you for the car. You don`t have that kind of procedure in your state?

I do not think their should be anything else than the buying/selling documents so that the seller declares the car is sold to "x" and you declare you purchase the car from him.
Except these documents you should not have to do anything to declare the purchase in spain... but in your own country.

Regarding contacting with Arturo, I think he is quite busy lately and do not often come to visit the forum.. but with patience and persistence you will surely get in touch with him and might find an agreement... I think the only difficulty you might find would be te language, but hey, in money matters you will always end understanding each other!

regarding travelling with the spanish licence number, I think you can drive the car during a period of 1 month, after that you will need an authorization from Slovenia...

I didn`t really understod all of it, but i helped myself with translator and I succeeded to understand that he will have to much work if he sells the car to me - so if the car goes to another country?

I am french, but I've been living in Spain for about 6 years...

regarding the R, Arturo does not know at all how to manage selling a car that will be exported, he is affraid he cant manage it and that this would bring him too much work and time he does not have nore wants to spend...

If you fnid all the information on how to export / import a car for him, he will feel much more confident and might be ok for you to buy the car

I gues he doesn`t have so much work with that. If the papers are all that he has to fullfill than he has no worry at all. Al the rest of work is than on me in Slovenia. All he needs to give me is approval card for the car so I can fix that in Slovenia too.

gabach I was asking you where are you from because you obviously speak english very good and if ArturoV70R decides to sell me the car I would need someone for helping me who knows both languages (Spanish and English). So I mean from which city in Spain are you.

I live in Barceona, about 6 hours away from Madrid where the car is, but I still can talk to Arturo (already done to explain to him that things are not as complicated as he thinks..) and be in touch with both of you to make things easier in the deal...

But if he write a lower price on the paper (example 1.500&#8364 I will also pay a lot lower tax. Sure I would pay him the price he require. So if there is possible that we have that agreament- that he write lower price than he sells to me.
If he agree than there is no thinking anymore.... That would be just great!

There is also one option if the ArturoV70R won`t like the first one . So that you gabach buy car from ArturoV70R and than you sell it to me. We make a fair deal.
