Our recommendation for the best results:
1 dry cell for 1Liter of engine size!
If you bought a HHO kit from someone, or even from us and not getting any results. Than do the trouble shooting program:
Let engine and HHO system run in idle speed.
Disconnect the HHO gas hose from the air intake.
Place your thumb on the gas outlet of the HHO hose and let the pressure build up for 30 seconds.
Then release the build up HHO gas into the air intake of the vehicle and listen. If you hear the engine rev up a little, than you know, you need more HHO gas production.
Your system simply doesn't produce enough.
Here is what you can do now:
check on the system, if it runs on enough amps and produces enough hho gas.
If so, than you have to stack up more dry cells.
Do you have 1.5LPM HHO gas for each 1Liter of engine size?
You will see the best results if you do.
But watch out when you add more electrolyte to your system. More electrolyte means more HHO gas, but also more amps drawn and more wear and tear on the plates.
No matter what plates your dry cell has. Stainless steel or titanium (we hope you don't use 304 at all).
More wear and tear means less life span! No matter what dry cell or wet cell you use.
If you want to be successful with your system, than do the following:
Use less electrolyte and run the dry cell with just 12A average. Of course, you will have less gas output, but it will let your cell stay clean and clear. You never have to flush it and it will not turn brown.
Than you must stack up more dry cells until you have 1 dry cell for each 1Liter of engine size.
For instance, a 3.5Liter engine should get 4 dry cells and you should run them on 12A each.
With a total of 48A drawn the alternator will still be able to operate the vehicle system.
It is getting close though if you have a 6Liter engine. With about 72A drawn you are getting close to the alternator to be exhausted.
In the Internet you will find for most cars high amp alternators. If you can afford it, change the stock alternator and get the large hho system done, finally.
